The reason I make a lot of GF recipes is simply because many low carb ingredients are also GF and they can be helpful to more people, other than just diabetics and people on LC diets.  And, as it turns out, Celiac Disease is found in greater proportions in Type 1 diabetics than in the general population.  An interesting link between the two diseases.]]></description>
